Introduction to Third Tier

What is Third Tier?

Third Tier is the name we utilise for customers who do not have direct accounts with manufacturers and who purchase their goods from cash and carry’s / independent traders.

 

They go by various names; Informal Retail, Spaza Traders, Tuck Shops, Hawkers or Mom and Pop Stores.

Our dedicated Third Tier teams call on a minimum of 120 customers per month adhering to a
pre-determined call cycle

Our in-field sales personnel identify key Third Tier customers (our customer’s customer) and work with them to ensure they are carrying the right product range and stock levels and that their pricing is correct for their target market
